Terms and Conditions for the Hallyu Giveaway IVE

1. The Hallyu Giveaway Special Edition IVE Comeback (“Hallyu Giveaway”) is a gold purchase program through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury App, offering 1 (one) Official IVE Lightstick to 1 (one) lucky winner.
2. The Hallyu Giveaway Program is only valid from August 6 to September 5, 2024 (“Hallyu Giveaway Period”).
3. The Hallyu Giveaway is open to all Treasury Users who make a gold purchase of at least Rp10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “IVE24” during the Hallyu Giveaway Period.
4. Treasury Users participating in the Hallyu Giveaway can make multiple gold purchases using the promo code to increase their chances of winning.
5. The promo code for the Hallyu Giveaway cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner to receive 1 (one) Official IVE Lightstick.
7. The winner selection decision is final and cannot be contested, except as outlined in point 10 below.
8. The winner of the Hallyu Giveaway will be announced within 7 (seven) working days after the Hallyu Giveaway Period ends via an Instagram post on the official @wearetreasury account.
9. The lucky Treasury User will be contacted by Treasury via Email and official Treasury WhatsApp for data verification.
10. If the designated winner cannot be reached or does not respond to Treasury’s verification attempt within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after the initial contact, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and reallocate it to another participant.
11. Once the winner is successfully verified by Treasury, the prize will be sent within 7 (seven) working days after Treasury receives the complete confirmation of winner data, as per further information provided by Treasury. Note that the 7 (seven) working days deadline refers to the time for Treasury to hand over the prize to the courier, with actual delivery times varying due to courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors.
12. If the prize is sent via courier, Treasury will cover the shipping costs. Any losses or damages incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the courier.
13. The gold purchase price for the Hallyu Giveaway excludes tax and other transaction fees (if applicable).
14. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway, Treasury Users acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury App for money laundering, terrorism financing, weapons of mass destruction proliferation, or other illegal activities.
15. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway, Treasury Users agree to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.
16. Treasury Users who are on the blacklist are ineligible to participate in the Hallyu Giveaway.
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the giveaway prize if suspicious transactions or actions that may harm Treasury or third parties are detected or if they do not comply with Indonesian laws, relevant authorities’ regulations, Treasury User Agreements, or applicable Treasury Terms and Conditions. Users on the blacklist are excluded as per point 16.
18. In addition to the Hallyu Giveaway Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users must also comply with all Terms and Conditions or other binding regulations on the Treasury App and/or website unless explicitly stated otherwise by Treasury.
19. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

21. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and pursue legal processes as per Indonesian laws if fraud or criminal activities are detected by Treasury Users on the Treasury App and/or website.

23. Treasury is not responsible for any malware, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
24. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or delegate their accounts to others. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal activity, or losses arising from such transfers or delegations, and all losses will be the sole responsibility of the Treasury User.
25. Treasury is not responsible for errors resulting from user negligence.
26. Treasury does not permit the use of the Treasury App for activities or transactions not provided or promoted by Treasury.
27. Treasury is not liable for activities or transactions conducted by Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury App. Users agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any legal or financial liability for misuse of activities, features, or transactions.
28. Beware of scams posing as Treasury. All information will be provided through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury App, and official Treasury social media. Treasury is not responsible for any losses resulting from scams experienced by Treasury Users.
29.
