1. “Treasury Fiesta” is a special gold saving program with prizes through the “Buy Gold” feature in the Treasury App. Treasury users have the opportunity to win instant prizes with the following details:

• Purchase 5 (five) grams of gold and get an Indomaret Shopping Voucher worth Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah)

2. The program is valid for all Treasury users who make gold purchases on the Treasury Apps using promo code TREASURYFIESTA2;
3. Treasury Fiesta program is only valid from July 6, 2024, to August 5, 2024 (“Program Period”); 
4. The total gram of gold purchased by each Treasury user using the TREASURYFIESTA2 promo code will be accumulated after the Program Period ends; 
5. Treasury users can make more than 1 (one) purchase using the TREASURYFIESTA2 promo code to reach the desired total gram; 
6. Users are not allowed to sell the gold purchased using the TREASURYFIESTA2 promo code during the Program Period; 
7. The prizes for the Treasury Fiesta program are limited to only the fastest 100 (one hundred) individuals; 
8. If cheating/violations are found to be committed by the selected Treasury user as the winner of the Treasury Fiesta program, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the award to the related Treasury user; 
9. The decision regarding the determination of Treasury users eligible and ineligible to receive instant prizes is entirely within the discretion of Treasury and cannot be contested, except in circumstances as described in point 12 below; 
10. Treasury will announce the list of users who receive instant prizes through official Treasury social media posts @wearetreasury, and Treasury’s official email; 
11. Treasury users who are winners of the Treasury Fiesta program who meet the criteria will be contacted by Treasury via official Treasury Email or WhatsApp for data verification purposes; 
12. If the Treasury user designated as the winner of the Treasury Fiesta program cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (twenty-four) hours after first contact by Treasury, then Treasury reserves the right to cancel the award to that Treasury user and transfer the Treasury Fiesta program prize to another Treasury user; 
13. In the event that the winner of the Treasury Fiesta program has been successfully verified by Treasury according to the provisions established by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize to the winner of the Treasury Fiesta program within 7 (seven) working days after complete winner data confirmation is received by Treasury, in accordance with further terms to be informed to the winner by Treasury. To avoid doubt, the 7 (seven) working days deadline is the deadline for Treasury to deliver the prize to the courier service, while the estimated delivery time may change due to courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors. 
14. In the event that the prize is sent via courier, the courier costs will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, any losses that may arise during the delivery of prizes by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to prizes, are the responsibility of the courier; 
15. By participating in this Treasury Fiesta program, Treasury users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful acts; 
16. By participating in this Treasury Fiesta Program, Treasury users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all existing terms and conditions; 
17. Treasury users who are blacklisted in the Treasury blacklist cannot participate in this Treasury Fiesta Program; 
18. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the Treasury Fiesta program prize if suspicious transaction indications and/or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties are found and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authorities, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable at Treasury, and Treasury users who have been blacklisted in the Treasury blacklist as referred to in point 17; 
19. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Treasury Fiesta Program, Treasury users are also subject to and obliged to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding terms contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply in the implementation of this Jantastic Promo feature; 
20. These terms and conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury users;

23. These terms and conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury users and Treasury; 
24. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security disturbances caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury; 
25. Each Treasury user is not allowed to transfer and/or grant authority to others to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for acts of fraud and/or crimes and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury user; 
26. Treasury is not responsible for errors arising from the negligence of Treasury users; 
27. Treasury does not allow Treasury users to use the Treasury Apps for activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury; 
28. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps. By this, Treasury users understand and agree to release Treasury and all its management, employees, and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibilities, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions conducted by the Treasury user;
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes, but is not limited to, the first digital physical gold trading that has obtained a license from Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Board, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
