Terms and Conditions for the Leading Promo (Weekend Discount Acceptance)

1. The “Leading Promo” is a discount promotion for gold purchases through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury App.
2. The Leading Promo is valid every Saturday and Sunday throughout August 2024 (“Leading Promo Period”).
3. The Leading Promo is available to Treasury users who make gold purchases on the Treasury App using the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” for all Treasury users during the Leading Promo Period with no minimum transaction required.
4. The Leading Promo can be used only once per Treasury user who meets the criteria mentioned in point 3 above.
5. The discount will be 2% of the gold purchase value, with a maximum discount of Rp 2,000,000 for all Treasury users.
6. The Leading Promo is limited to the first 100 Treasury users who use the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” each week during the Leading Promo Period.
7. The gold purchase price under this Leading Promo is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any).

18. Users are not permitted to transfer or delegate the operation of their Treasury account to others. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud, crime, or loss resulting from such transfers or delegations, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury user.
19. Treasury will not be liable for errors arising from user negligence.
20. Treasury does not permit users to use the Treasury App for activities and/or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
21. Be cautious of fraud claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury App, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for losses incurred from fraud experienced by Treasury users.
22. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury App. Users understand and agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by the Treasury user.
23. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to trading physical digital gold, that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) as of December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head Decision Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Physical Digital Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Digital Gold Physical Trader Approval Certificate Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
