Terms and Conditions for the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo

1. “7.7 Stack Gold Promo” is a promotion available to all Treasury Users via the Stack Gold feature in the Treasury App to earn additional gold weight (“Gold Bonus”) by storing gold in the Treasury App for the durations indicated in the table above (“Stack Gold Duration”), during the validity period of the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo as stated in point 2.
2. The 7.7 Stack Gold Promo is valid from July 5, 2024, to July 9, 2024 (“Promo Period”).
3. “Day” refers to calendar days.
4. Gold Bonus will be awarded to Treasury Users based on the table above, as a percentage per annum of the gold weight stored by the Treasury User in the Treasury App during the Promo Period.
5. Gold Bonus refers to the gold weight stored and the Stack Gold Duration chosen by the Treasury User.
6. Payment for the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo can be made using savings balance or other payment methods available in the Treasury App.
7. Gold stored during the chosen Stack Gold Duration will be credited to the Treasury User’s gold balance upon the end of the Stack Gold Duration, along with the Gold Bonus earned during the Promo Period.
8. The Gold Bonus provided in the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo, as listed in the table above, includes tax and other fees (if applicable).
9. If the Treasury User withdraws gold before the chosen Stack Gold Duration ends, an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% of the gold weight stored will be charged. Early withdrawal will void the Gold Bonus as mentioned in points 1 and 7.
10. The maximum number of Stack Gold investments at one time during the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo Period is 50 (fifty), with a maximum of 1 (one) kilogram of gold per Stack Gold.
11. Treasury Users who are already on Treasury’s blacklist cannot participate in the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo.
12. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if the transactions are potentially harmful to Treasury/third parties or do not comply with Indonesian laws, regulations, Treasury User Agreements, Terms and Conditions, or involve blacklisted Treasury Users as referred to in point 11.
13. By participating in the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo, Treasury Users agree not to use the Treasury App for money laundering, terrorism financing, weapons of mass destruction proliferation, or other illegal activities.
14. By participating in the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo, Treasury Users acknowledge, read, understand, and agree to all existing terms and conditions.
15. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo, Treasury Users must also comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions found in the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, unless explicitly stated by Treasury that these Terms and Conditions do not apply to the 7.7 Stack Gold Promo.
16. Terms and conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.
17. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transactions through the Treasury App. For further information, Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service at [email protected].
18. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up with legal processes according to Indonesian laws if fraud and/or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
19. These Terms and Conditions serve as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
20. Treasury is not responsible for malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues resulting from the use of jailbroken or rooted devices.
21. Treasury Users may not transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from account transfers or authorizations; all losses will be the sole responsibility of the Treasury User.
22. Treasury is not responsible for errors arising from Treasury Users’ negligence.
23. Treasury does not allow the use of the Treasury App for activities and/or transactions outside the features and promotions provided by Treasury.
24. Be cautious of scams pretending to be Treasury. All official communications will only be through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury App, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses from scams experienced by Treasury Users.
25. Treasury is not liable for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not part of the features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury App. Treasury Users agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from all responsibilities, including but not limited to legal and financial liabilities, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users.
26. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first licensed digital physical gold trading platform authorized by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head Decision Letter No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Physical Digital Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Physical Digital Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This ensures the security of transactions conducted by Treasury Users on our platform.
