Terms and Conditions of Leading Promo (Weekend Savings Discount)

1. "Leading Promo" is a discount promotion for purchasing Gold through the Buy Gold menu in the Treasury App;
2. Leading Promo is valid only on Saturdays and Sundays during July 2024 ("Leading Promo Period");
3. Leading Promo is offered to Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Treasury App using promo code "WEEKENDHEMAT" for all Treasury Users during the Leading Promo Period without a minimum transaction;
4. Each Treasury User can only participate once if they meet the criteria as described in item 3 above;
5. The discount received will be 2% (two percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million Indonesian Rupiah) for all Treasury Users;
6. Leading Promo is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code "WEEKENDHEMAT" each week during the Leading Promo Period;
7. The purchase price of Gold in this Leading Promo is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
8. By participating in this Leading Promo, Treasury Users are considered to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering activities, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or any other unlawful activities;
9. By participating in the Leading Promo, Treasury Users are considered to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all existing terms and conditions;
10. Treasury Users who were previously on the Treasury blacklist cannot participate in this Leading Promo;
11. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount provided in the Leading Promo if suspicious transaction indications and/or potential harm to Treasury/third parties are identified, or if they do not comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the regulations of competent authorities, Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who are on the Treasury blacklist as mentioned in item 10;
12. In addition to these Leading Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject and obliged to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions found in the Treasury App and/or Treasury website;
13. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, upon discovery of any actions classified as fraudulent activities and/or crimes committed by Treasury Users;
16. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
17. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices is not the responsibility of Treasury;
18. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer and/or authorize others to operate their Treasury User accounts. Treasury will not be liable for fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate such accounts, and all losses will be fully borne by Treasury Users;
19. Treasury will not be liable for errors resulting from the negligence of Treasury Users;
20. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use the Treasury App for activities and/or transactions that are not part of the activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
21. Beware of fraudsters claiming to be from Treasury. All activities will only be announced through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury App, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses due to fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
22. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes, but is not limited to, the first digital physical gold trading that has obtained a license from Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Board, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
