Terms and Conditions of the "TERDEPAN" Promo (Weekend Discount Offer)

1. Definition of "Gold": Refers to digital gold purchased via the Treasury app.
2. Treasury Users: Refers to all individuals registered as users on the Treasury app and website.
3. TERDEPAN Promo: A gold purchase discount promo available through the "Buy Gold" menu on the Treasury app.
4. TERDEPAN Promo is only valid on Saturdays and Sundays throughout November 2024.
5. Eligible Transactions: This promo is available to Treasury Users who make a gold purchase on the Treasury app using the promo code WEEKENDHEMAT during the promo period. No minimum transaction amount is required.
6. Each Treasury User who meets the criteria outlined in point 5 above can participate only once.
7. The discount is 2% of the gold purchase value, with a maximum discount of IDR 2,000,000 for all Treasury Users who use the TERDEPAN Promo.
8. The promo is limited to the first 100 Treasury Users who use the promo code "WEEKENDHEMAT" each weekend during the promo period.
9. The gold prices in this promo are exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any).
10. By participating in the TERDEPAN Promo, Treasury Users acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury app and website for money laundering, terrorism financing, weapons proliferation, or other illegal activities.
11. By participating in the TERDEPAN Promo, Treasury Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms.
12. Treasury Users on Treasury's blocklist are not eligible to participate in this promo.
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the promo discount if suspicious transactions are detected or if activities pose potential harm to Treasury or third parties, violate Indonesian laws, or breach Treasury's User Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
14. In addition to these promo terms, Treasury Users are also bound by the General Terms and Conditions on the Treasury app and website unless explicitly stated otherwise by Treasury.

20. Treasury Users are prohibited from transferring or authorizing others to operate their accounts. Treasury is not liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses resulting from account transfers or authorizations; Treasury User will fully bear any losses.
21. Treasury prohibits Treasury Users from using the app or website for activities or transactions outside the features or services provided or promoted by Treasury.
22. Beware of scams claiming to represent Treasury. Official announcements will be provided only through Treasury's website (www.treasury.id), the Treasury app, and official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses resulting from scams experienced by users.
23. Treasury is not responsible for activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that Treasury does not provide. Treasury Users agree to release Treasury, including all management, employees, and consultants, from any legal or financial liability for misuse of Treasury's features or services.
