Treasury Rewards Leaderboard July – August 2024

These Terms and Conditions bind PT Indonesia Logam Pratama (“Treasury”) and Treasury Users.

Description

1. Treasury Rewards Leaderboard is a ranking board program that provides additional rewards such as coins/vouchers/other prizes to Treasury Users who successfully complete missions within the Treasury App.
2. Participants are registered users actively using the Treasury App.
3. The Grand Launching is an event introducing a new product or service to Treasury Users to learn about new products or services in the Treasury App.
4. The Grand Launching Leaderboard Treasury Rewards is an event to introduce the Leaderboard Treasury Rewards to Treasury Users by providing additional rewards such as coins/vouchers/other prizes to Treasury Users (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").

 General Terms & Conditions

1. The Program is a competition event for all Treasury App Users.
2. The Program runs from July 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024, at 23:59 WIB (hereinafter referred to as the "Program Period").
3. Winners based on the leader board order will be announced on September 5, 2024. Treasury will contact the winners via Treasury App and/or email, and winners must confirm with Treasury within 7 (seven) working days from the last email sent by Treasury after the announcement day.
4. Treasury Users must have Treasury App version Android (7.10.3) and iOS (version 7.9.3) to participate in the Program and provide a mobile phone number and email address in the Treasury account for winner announcement purposes.
5. There are 5 (five) main prizes for 5 (five) winners with the highest July leaderboard ranking order, which are:

6. The prizes mentioned in number 5 above may be changed according to stock availability and will be replaced with items of equal nominal value or similar items as mentioned in number 5.
7. One (1) identity is only eligible to win one (1) prize. Winners must be citizens of the Republic of Indonesia and reside in the Republic of Indonesia. Ensure that the full name in the Treasury App matches the one recorded on the Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
8. Winners will be determined based on the highest points accumulated by Treasury Users. To increase points, Treasury Users must play the Games available in the Treasury Rewards Feature during the Program Period.
9. In this Program, there will be a real-time leaderboard visible directly by Treasury Users through the Treasury Apps. By participating in this Program, Treasury Users agree to allow Treasury to publish the User's name and the amount of points accumulated by the User during the Program Period on the leaderboard.
10. Every Treasury User who successfully completes Games in the Treasury Rewards Feature will automatically earn points and be counted as the User's score progress, which will automatically update on the leaderboard.
11. Every Treasury User who redeems points to play the Wheel of Fortune will automatically deduct 1,000 (one thousand) points and be counted as the User's score progress, which will automatically update on the leaderboard. Points used to play the Wheel of Fortune cannot be refunded.
12. Points on the leaderboard will be visible once Treasury Users start accumulating points.
13. The winners at the end of the Program must be Treasury Apps Users with the highest points on the leaderboard and must have fulfilled all applicable terms and conditions.
14. All costs and taxes on prize winnings will be borne by Treasury.
15. For prize collection, winners must provide personal identification and other required data for verification and prize collection from the Program.
16. If a Treasury User is announced as one of the winners, you hereby agree to authorize Treasury to share personal data with third parties collaborating with Treasury, for purposes (as applicable): (i) prize delivery; and (ii) publicity activities by Treasury regarding the Program and the winners.
17. If we detect fraudulent or suspicious activities on your Treasury Apps, we reserve the right to disable or suspend the Treasury User account. This includes, but is not limited to, seizing prizes you obtained during the Program Period and/or disqualification from the Program.
18. If we find that a Treasury User has used the Treasury Account and/or your points fraudulently or maliciously, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs that may be organized, managed, and/or run by Treasury.
19. Treasury reserves the right to take legal action against you if we find that you are involved in cheating, fraud, or using falsified information to participate or win in the Program
20. Treasury reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users, and therefore advises Users to carefully review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
21. Treasury reserves the right to terminate the entire competition in accordance with our own policies and without prior notice to Treasury Users.
22. Treasury is not liable for unforeseen events (force majeure) that occur beyond Treasury's control.
23. Treasury is not responsible for any announcements of winners outside of the Treasury Apps and/or official Treasury accounts.
24. If Treasury discovers any fraudulent or deceptive actions by winners of this Program, Treasury reserves the right to revoke the designation of said winners and award the prizes to subsequent winners.
25. Any actions classified as fraudulent and/or criminal will be pursued by Treasury through legal proceedings in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
26. Each Treasury User is prohibited from transferring and/or granting authority to others to operate their Treasury User account. Treasury is not liable for any fraudulent acts and/or crimes and/or losses resulting from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate such accounts, and all losses shall be fully borne by the Treasury User.
27. Treasury does not impose any fees on winners in this Program.
28. This Program is not sponsored by any brand.
29. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Program, Treasury Users are also required to comply with all other applicable Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions found in the Treasury Apps and/or website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Program.
30. Treasury Users previously listed in Treasury's blacklist cannot participate in this Program.
31. This Program does not apply to all Treasury employees and their families, as well as all parties involved in the program's organization.
32. Treasury reserves the right to cancel this Program if suspicious transactions are identified and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties, and/or not in compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, regulatory authorities, Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, and Treasury Users previously listed in Treasury's blacklist as referred to in item 30 above.
33. By participating in this Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering activities, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or any other illegal activities.
34. Any type of malware attack, data theft, or other security breaches caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury.
35. Treasury will not be held responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users.
36. Beware of scams using our name. All activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury application, and official Treasury social media. Treasury is not liable for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
37. By participating in this Program, Treasury Users are considered to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
38. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
39. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users are deemed to understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions are integral and inseparable from Treasury's Terms and Conditions, and may be amended as necessary in relation to the implementation of this Program.
40. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and all its management, employees, and consultants from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibilities, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users.
