Terms and Conditions of the Fantastic Promo

1. "Fantastic Promo" includes the Gold Promo consisting of 2 (two) sub-promos: "New User Promo" (as defined in item 4) and "Limited Promo for All Treasury Users" (as defined in item 5);
2. This Fantastic Promo is valid from July 1, 2024, to July 31, 2024 ("Fantastic Promo Period");
3. This Fantastic Promo is exclusively for Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps using a special button labeled with the promo amount as outlined in table item 5;
4. The "New User Promo" is available to all Treasury Users who register during the Fantastic Promo Period ("New Users") and can only be used for the first transaction by such New Users;
5. The "Limited Promo for All Treasury Users" is available to all Treasury Users as described in the table below during the Fantastic Promo Period or while stocks last. This promo can only be used by each Treasury User up to 2 (two) times for each Limited Promo for All Treasury Users;

6. New Users and Treasury Users will automatically get the discounted prices as listed in the tables above when purchasing Gold using the special promo button during checkout;
7. The purchase price of Gold in this Fantastic Promo is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
8. Gold purchases can be made using all payment methods available on the Treasury Apps, except for purchases of Gold priced at Rp 1.00 (one Rupiah), which can only be made using Go-Pay, Ovo, ShopeePay, and Savings Balance methods;
9. By participating in this Fantastic Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering activities and/or financing terrorism and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal activities;
10. By participating in the Fantastic Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions;
11. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Fantastic Promo;
12. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount provided in the Fantastic Promo (including for both sub-promos within it, namely the New User Promo and the Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in item 11 above;
13. In addition to these Terms and Conditions of the Fantastic Promo, Treasury Users are also subject to and obliged to comply with all other binding Terms and Conditions and/or provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except where explicitly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Fantastic Promo;
14. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
15. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transactions through the Treasury Apps. Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email at [email protected] for more information;
16. Any acts qualified as fraudulent and/or criminal acts will be followed up by Treasury through legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia;
17. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
18. Treasury is not be responsible for any type of malware attacks, data theft, or other security breaches caused by the usage of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
19. Each Treasury user is prohibited from transferring and/or granting authority to another individual to operate the Treasury user account. Treasury will not be held accountable for fraudulent activities, criminal acts, or losses arising from the transfer or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be entirely borne by the Treasury user.
20. Treasury will not be held responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury user.
21. Treasury does not permit Treasury users to use Treasury Apps for activities and/or transactions that are not part of the activities, features, and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury.
22. Beware of scams impersonating Treasury. All official communications will only be disseminated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury will not be liable for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury users.
23. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury users that are not part of the activities, features, and/or transactions provided by Treasury in the Treasury Apps. Treasury users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury and all its management, employees, and consultants from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibilities, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by the Treasury user.
24. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes, but is not limited to, the first digital physical gold trading that has obtained a license from Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Board, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
