Terms and Conditions of the Independence Day Promo

1. The “Independence Promo” is a Gold Promo featuring 2 (two) sub-promotions: “New User Promo” (as defined in point 4) and “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” (as defined in point 5).
2. The Independence Promo is valid from August 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024 (“Independence Promo Period”).
3. This promo is specifically for Treasury Users who make Gold purchases using the special promo button as described in the table in point 5, within the Treasury app.
4. The “New User Promo” is available to all Treasury Users who register during the Independence Promo Period (“New Users“) and can only be used for the first transaction of the New User.
5. The “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” is available to all Treasury Users as outlined in the table below during the Independence Promo Period or until the quota is exhausted. This promo can be used by Treasury Users a maximum of 2 (two) times for each Limited Promo for All Treasury Users.

Discount of up to 99.9% (ninety-nine point nine percent), with a maximum discount of Rp 5,000 (five thousand Rupiah).

6. New Users and Treasury Users will automatically receive the discounted price as indicated in the table above for Gold purchases using the special promo button at checkout.
7. The Gold purchase price during the Independence Promo excludes tax and other transaction fees (if any).
8. Gold purchases can be made using all payment methods available in the Treasury app, except for purchases of Gold at Rp 1 (one Rupiah), which can only be paid using Go-Pay, Ovo, ShopeePay, and Saldo Celengan.
9. By participating in the Independence Promo, Treasury Users are considered to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury app for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities.
10. By participating in the Independence Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
11. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible for the Independence Promo.
12. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discounts provided under the Independence Promo (including both sub-promos: New User Promo and Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if such transactions are potentially harmful to Treasury/other parties and/or are not in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations from the relevant authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Treasury, and for Treasury Users who have been blacklisted as described in point 11 above.
13. In addition to these Terms and Conditions for the Independence Promo, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions found in the Treasury app and/or Treasury website, unless explicitly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of the Independence Promo.
14. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

16. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up according to legal processes in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, if fraudulent and/or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
17. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
18. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
19. Treasury Users are not permitted to transfer or delegate their accounts to others. Treasury will not be responsible for fraud, criminal activities, or losses arising from the transfer or delegation of account operations, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury Users.
20. Treasury will not be liable for any errors arising from Treasury Users’ negligence.
21. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use the Treasury app for activities and/or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
22. Be cautious of frauds claiming to be Treasury. All official information will be communicated through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to fraud experienced by Treasury Users.
23. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibilities, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users.
24. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading, which has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on May 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Physical Digital Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Digital Physical Gold Trader Approval Certificate Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
