Geber Promo terms and Conditions 

1. "Gold” is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. "Treasury users” means all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. "Geber Promo" is a Gold Purchase Promo that contains 2 (two) sub-promos in it, namely “New User Promo” (as defined in number 6) and “limited Promo for all Treasury users” (as defined in number 7);
4. This Geber Promo is valid from October 1, 2024 until October 31, 2024 (“Geber Promo period”);
5. This Geber Promo is specifically for Treasury users who make gold purchases in the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps using a special button that reads promo nominal as described in the table in Figure 8;
6. “New user Promo " is given to all Treasury users who register during the Geber Promo period (“new users”) and can only be used for the first transaction of the new user;
7. “Limited Promo for all Treasury users " is given to all Treasury users during the Geber Promo period or while the quota is still available. This Promo can only be used by Treasury users at most 2 (two) times during the Geber Promo period;
8. The amount of discount given on Geber Promo is detailed as follows:

10. Discount up to 99.9% (ninety-nine point nine percent) for the first purchase, maximum discount of Rp5, 000 (five thousand Rupiah).

11. Treasury users will automatically get the price after the discount according to each promo used as shown in the table in Figure 8 for the first gold purchase or gold purchase with a certain nominal when using a special button that says nominal promo when making a payment;
12. The purchase price of gold in this Geber Promo is the price outside of tax and other transaction fees (if any);
13. Gold purchases can be made with all payment methods in the Treasury Apps, except for gold purchases at a price of Rp1 (one Rupiah) can only use Go-Pay, Ovo, ShopeePay, and piggy bank balances;
14. By participating in this Geber Promo, Treasury users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps and Treasury websites as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and / or other unlawful acts;
15. By participating in the Geber Promo, Treasury users are deemed to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all existing conditions;
16. Treasury users who have previously been included in the Treasury blacklist cannot participate in this Geber Promo;
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Geber Promo (including the two sub-promos in it, namely the new user Promo and limited Promo for all Treasury users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and / or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties and / or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulatory authorities, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and conditions applicable to Treasury, as well as Treasury users who have been included in the Treasury blacklist as referred to in number 14 above;
18. In addition to the terms and Conditions of this Geber Promo, Treasury users are also subject to and required to comply with all terms and conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury websites, except those expressly conveyed by Treasury that the terms and conditions do not apply in the implementation of this Geber Promo;
19. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury users;
20. Treasury users are advised to peruse the entire terms and conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. Treasury users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected] to get more information;
21. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take the necessary actions and follow up based on the legal process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if there is a form of action that is qualified as fraud and / or criminal acts committed by Treasury users;
22. These terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury users and Treasury;
23. Any type of malware attacks, data theft and other security disturbances caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of the Treasury;
24. Any Treasury user is not allowed to transfer and / or authorize another person to operate the Treasury user account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraudulent and / or criminal acts and / or losses arising from the transfer and / or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury user;
25. Treasury will not be liable for any errors arising as a result of the negligence of Treasury users;
26. Treasury does not allow Treasury users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website in conducting activities and / or transactions that are not activities and/or features and / or transactions provided and / or promoted by Treasury;
27. Beware of scams on behalf of the Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through the official website of the Treasury (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, as well as Treasury's official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses incurred due to fraud experienced by Treasury users;
28. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website. Treasury users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions conducted by such Treasury users;
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading that has obtained licensing from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on May 13, 2021 based on the decree of the head of BAPPEBTI number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding approval as a digital gold physical trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of approval as a Digital gold physical trader number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
