Independence Day Special Happy Mom Promo

1. The “Independence Day Special Promo” is a program with a prize of 1 (one) Kris 10 Ltr Oven Toaster Square for 1 (one) lucky winner who purchases Gold through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury app; 
2. The Special Promo Independence Day program period is only valid from August 9 – September 6, 2024 (“Independence Day Special Promo Period”); 
3. The Special Promo Independence Day program is valid for all Treasury Users who make a minimum Gold Purchase transaction of Rp10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “HAPPYMOM” during the Independence Day Special Promo Period;
4. Participants can make purchases and use the promo code multiple times to increase their chances of becoming a winner; 
5. This Special Independence Day Promo cannot be combined with other promotions; 
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky Participant who meets the qualifications set by Treasury as the winner of the Independence Day Special Promo Program; 
7. The winner of the Independence Day Special Promo program will receive 1 (one) Kris 10 Ltr Oven Toaster Square; 
8. The winner of the Independence Day Special Promo will be announced within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the Independence Day Special Promo Period ends through Treasury’s official Instagram account and official email; 
9. The lucky Participant who qualifies as the winner will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s Official Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes; 
10. If the Participant cannot be reached or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after the first contact by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and transfer it to another Participant; 
11. Once the Participant has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize to the winning Participant of the Independence Day Special Promo Program within 7 (seven) working days after receiving complete confirmation of the winner’s data by Treasury, in accordance with the provisions that will be further informed to the winning Participant by Treasury. If the prize is sent via an expedition service, the shipping costs will be borne by Treasury, and any losses that may occur during shipping by the expedition service, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, will be the responsibility of the expedition service; 
12. Treasury’s decision regarding the Participant selected as the winner of the Independence Day Special Promo Program is final and cannot be contested, except in cases as referred to in point 10 above; 
13. The Gold purchase price in this Independence Day Special Promo program excludes tax and other transaction fees (if any); 
14. By participating in the Independence Day Special Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to be aware of and agree not to use the Treasury app for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal activities; 
15. By participating in the Independence Day Special Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions; 
16. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Independence Day Special Promo; 
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as stated in the Independence Day Special Promo if suspicious transactions and/or transactions that potentially harm Treasury/third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the relevant authorities, Treasury User Agreement, and Terms and Conditions that apply at Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in point 16; 
18. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Independence Day Special Promo program, Treasury Users are also subject to and must comply with all other binding terms and conditions found on the Treasury app and/or website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that these terms and conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Independence Day Special Promo; 
19. These terms and conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

22. These Terms and Conditions are valid as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury; 
23. Any malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury; 
24. Each Treasury User is not permitted to transfer and/or grant power to others to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for fraud and/or crimes and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of power to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User; 
25. Treasury is not responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users, including but not limited to the inability to use the prize sent by Treasury to the winning Participant; 
26. Treasury does not allow Users to use the Treasury app to carry out activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury; 
27. Be cautious of fraud in the name of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for any losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users; 
28. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury app. Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury along with all its management, employees, and consultants from responsibility, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by these Users; 
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the trade of digital physical gold, and has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head Decision Letter Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama as well as the Digital Physical Gold Trader Approval Certificate Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
