Terms and Conditions for the Special 8.8 Gold Purchase Promo

1. “8.8 Promo” refers to the discount on gold purchases via the Buy Gold menu in the Treasury app.
2. The 8.8 Promo is valid from August 5, 2024, to August 9, 2024 (“8.8 Promo Period”).
3. The 8.8 Promo is available to Treasury Users who make gold purchases in the Treasury app using the promo code “BARUHEMAT8.8” for new users and “MAKINHEMAT8.8” for all Treasury Users during the 8.8 Promo Period, with no minimum transaction required for both promo codes.
4. Each Treasury User may use the 8.8 Promo only once during the Promo Period.
5. The discount received will be 28% of the gold purchase value, with a maximum discount of IDR 28,000 for first-time purchases by new users, and a 1.8% discount on the gold purchase value, with a maximum discount of IDR 2,800,000 for all Treasury Users.
6. The 8.8 Promo is limited to the first 100 Treasury Users who use the promo codes during the 8.8 Promo Period.
7. The gold purchase price in the 8.8 Promo excludes tax and other transaction fees (if any).
8. By participating in the 8.8 Promo, Treasury Users agree not to use the Treasury app and website for money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or other illegal activities.
9. By participating in the 8.8 Promo, Treasury Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
10. Treasury Users previously blacklisted are not eligible for the 8.8 Promo.
11. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount under the 8.8 Promo if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if the transactions potentially harm Treasury or other parties and/or are not in compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations of the relevant authorities, Treasury User Agreement, or Treasury’s terms and conditions.
12. In addition to these 8.8 Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also bound by and required to comply with all terms and conditions and/or other binding provisions found in the Treasury app and/or website, unless expressly stated otherwise by Treasury.
13. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

15. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
16. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
17. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
18. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
19. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
20. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
21. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
22. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
23. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
