4. The Relax Promo is valid from November 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024.
5. This promo is available to all Treasury Users who purchase a minimum of IDR 10,000 in gold and use the promo code RILEKS24 during the promo period.
6. Relax Promo code cannot be used together with any other promotional offers.
7. Treasury will select one (1) lucky winner to receive a HyattCare Knead Shawl Massage Device after the promo period ends.
8. Treasury's decision to select the winner is final and cannot be contested, except in the circumstances outlined in point 11.
9. The winner of the Relax Promo will be announced via a post on Treasury's official Instagram account @wearetreasury no later than seven (7) business days after the promo period ends.
10. Treasury will contact the winner via Treasury's official email and WhatsApp for data verification.
11. Suppose the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 24 hours after first being contacted by Treasury for verification. In that case, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and may transfer it to another qualified Treasury User.
12. Once the winner is successfully verified, Treasury will send the prize within seven (7) business days after receiving complete confirmation from the winner. The seven-day timeframe refers to Treasury handing over the prize to the shipping service. Delivery times may vary based on courier operating hours, distance, and other external factors.
13. Treasury will cover shipping costs. However, Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred during shipment, including, but not limited to, loss or damage to the prize, as such responsibilities lie with the courier.
