Terms and Conditions for the Top Investor Balapan Program

1. The “Top Investor Balapan Program” is a rewards program available to all Treasury Users. Rewards will be given to a total of 5 (five) Treasury Users, divided into 2 (two) calculation periods, with winners announced for each period based on the highest total gold purchase accumulation during the weekly Top Investor calculation period (“Top Investor Balapan Period”).
2. The Top Investor Balapan Program is valid from August 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024 (“Program Period”), with calculation periods as follows: Period 1: August 1-15, 2024, and Period 2: August 16-31, 2024.
3. The purchase value in the Top Investor Balapan Program includes only gold purchases through the Treasury App using the promo code BALAPAN on the gold purchase confirmation page, with no minimum purchase requirement for both promo codes.
4. The Top Investor Balapan winners are the Top 5 Treasury Investors each week, based on the highest total gold purchase transactions in rupiah, with a minimum purchase accumulation of Rp2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Rupiah) during the Top Investor Balapan calculation period.

6. Treasury will announce the Top Investor Balapan winners and their prizes for each period in August on Treasury’s official Instagram account @wearetreasury.
7. Physical prizes such as Gold Bars, Kris Air Fryer, Kels Vacuum Cleaner, and Polygon MTB Bicycle will be shipped within 14 (fourteen) working days (no later than September 20, 2024) after the promo period ends.
8. If there are issues with delivery range or stock, physical prizes like Gold Bars, Kris Air Fryer, Kels Vacuum Cleaner, and Polygon MTB Bicycle may be replaced with similar prizes or digital gold vouchers of equal value based on current market prices.
9. Gold Voucher rewards will be sent to Top Investor Balapan winners no later than 7 (seven) days after the announcement via Instagram @wearetreasury and email [email protected] and will be valid for 7 (seven) working days from receipt.
10. By participating in the Top Investor Balapan Program, Treasury Users agree not to use the Treasury App for money laundering, terrorism financing, mass destruction weapon proliferation, or any other illegal activities.
11. By participating in the Top Investor Balapan Program, Treasury Users acknowledge, read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions.
12. Treasury Users previously blacklisted cannot participate in the Top Investor Balapan Program.
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of Gold Prizes if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if it potentially harms Treasury/third parties and/or does not comply with Indonesian laws, regulatory authority regulations, Treasury User Agreements, and applicable Terms and Conditions, as well as Users who have been blacklisted.
14. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users must adhere to all other Terms and Conditions or binding provisions on the Treasury App and/or website, unless explicitly stated by Treasury that these terms do not apply to the Top Investor Balapan Program.
15. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

17. Any fraudulent or criminal activities will be pursued by Treasury through legal processes according to Indonesian laws.

20. Treasury Users are not permitted to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, crime, or loss arising from the transfer or authorization of account operation, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury Users.
21. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from negligence of Treasury Users.
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury App for activities or transactions not provided or promoted by Treasury.
23. Treasury is not responsible for activities or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury App or website. Treasury Users agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from legal and financial liability for misuse of activities, features, or transactions conducted by Treasury Users.
