TREASURY is the first digital gold physical trader in Indonesia to have obtained official licensing from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (“BAPPEBTI”) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama as well as Certificate of Approval as Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.

The TREASURY electronic system has been registered in the Electronic System Operator Registry by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia (KOMINFO). TREASURY is also a member of the Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH).

To ensure the security, certainty, and completion of all user transactions, TREASURY holds membership certificates from one of the clearing institutions in Indonesia, namely the Indonesia Clearing House (ICH), and membership certificates from the commodity futures exchange, namely the Indonesia Commodity Derivatives Exchange (ICDX). ICH and ICDX are clearing institutions and futures exchanges supervised by BAPPEBTI.

In carrying out its business activities as a digital gold physical trader, TREASURY collaborates with PT Untung Bersama Sejahtera (UBS) as the provider of Gold, which holds ISO certification.
