Terms and Conditions of the ENHYPEN Hallyu Giveaway

1. The Special Edition Hallyu Giveaway for ENHYPEN’s comeback (“Hallyu Giveaway”) is a gold purchasing program through the Buy Gold menu in the Treasury App that select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) ENHYPEN Romance: Untold [Inceptio Ver.] Album. 
2. The Hallyu Giveaway Program period is valid from July 6 to August 5, 2024 ("Hallyu Giveaway Period");
3. The Hallyu Giveaway Program applies to all Treasury Users who make a minimum Gold purchase transaction of Rp10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah) using the promo code ENHYPEN24 during the Hallyu Giveaway Period;
4. Treasury Users participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program can purchase Gold through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury Apps and use the promo code multiple times to increase their chances of winning;
5. The promo code for this Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be combined with other promotions;
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) Enhypen Romance: Untold [Inceptio Ver.] Album;
7. Album versions are subject to change without prior notice and will be adjusted based on stock availability;
8. The selection of winners is final and cannot be contested, except under conditions as specified in point 10 below;
9. Winners of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be announced within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the Hallyu Giveaway Period ends via a post on the official Instagram account @wearetreasury;
10. Treasury will contact lucky Hallyu Giveaway program participants via official Treasury Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
11. If the Treasury User designated as the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be contacted or fails to respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 24 hours after the first contact by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize for that Treasury User and transfer the Hallyu Giveaway program prize to another Treasury User;
12. Once the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with Treasury's regulations, Treasury will send the prize to the winner within 7 (seven) working days after receiving complete winner data confirmation from the winner to Treasury, as further specified to the winner by Treasury. For clarity, the 7 (seven) working days limit is the timeframe for Treasury to hand over the prize to the courier service, while the delivery estimate may vary due to courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors;
13. In the event of prize delivery through a courier service, the shipping costs will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, any losses that may occur during the delivery of the prize by the courier service, including but not limited to loss and/or damage of the prize, are the responsibility of the courier service;
14. The Gold purchase price in this Hallyu Giveaway program is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if applicable);
15. By participating in this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other illegal activities;
16. By participating in this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein;
17. Treasury Users who are previously blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Hallyu Giveaway program;
18. Treasury reserves the right to cancel prize awards as intended in the Hallyu Giveaway program if suspicious transactions and/or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties are found and/or do not comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of authorized authorities, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in item 15;
19. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions found within the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, unless explicitly stated by Treasury that those Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Jantastic Promo feature;
20. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
21. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transactions via the Treasury Apps. For further information, Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected];
22. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up through legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, upon discovery of actions classified as fraudulent and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users on the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website;
23. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
24. Any form of malware attack, data theft, and other security disruptions caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury.
25. Treasury Users are not permitted to transfer and/or authorize others to operate their Treasury User accounts. Treasury will not be liable for fraudulent activities and/or crimes and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate such accounts, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury Users;
26. Treasury will not be responsible for errors arising from negligence by Treasury Users;
27. Treasury does not permit Users to use the Treasury Apps for activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
28. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps. Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with all management, employees, and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions conducted by such Users;
29. Beware of fraud claiming to be from Treasury. All activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media. Treasury is not responsible for any losses resulting from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
30. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading platform licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
