Terms and Conditions for Special 7.7 Gold Purchase Promotion

1. “7.7 Promo” is a discount promotion for gold purchases through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury App.
2. The 7.7 Promo is valid from July 5, 2024, to July 9, 2024 (“7.7 Promo Period”).
3. The 7.7 Promo is available to Treasury users making gold purchases on the Treasury App using the promo code “BARUHEMAT7.7” for new users and the promo code “MAKINHEMAT7.7” for all Treasury users during the 7.7 Promo Period without a minimum transaction requirement.
4. The 7.7 Promo can be claimed only once per Treasury user meeting the criteria mentioned in point 3 above.
5. The discount received will be 27% (twenty-seven percent) of the gold purchase value with a maximum discount of Rp27,000.00 (twenty-seven thousand Rupiah) for the first gold purchase for new users, and a discount of 1.7% (one point seven percent) of the gold purchase value with a maximum discount of Rp2,700,000.00 (two million seven hundred thousand Rupiah) for all Treasury users.
6. The 7.7 Promo is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury users who use the promo codes as mentioned in point 3 during the 7.7 Promo Period.
7. The gold purchase price during the 7.7 Promo is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any).
8. By participating in the 7.7 Promo, Treasury users are deemed to acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury App for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or weapons of mass destruction proliferation and/or other illegal activities.
9. By participating in the 7.7 Promo, Treasury users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all existing terms and conditions.
10. Treasury users previously blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in the 7.7 Promo.
11. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount under the 7.7 Promo if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if they may potentially harm Treasury/third parties and/or do not comply with Indonesian laws, regulations from authorized bodies, Treasury User Agreements, applicable Terms and Conditions, and Treasury users on the blacklist as mentioned in point 10.
12. In addition to these Terms and Conditions for the 7.7 Promo, Treasury users must comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, unless explicitly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the 7.7 Promo feature.
13. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury users.

15. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up according to legal processes in accordance with Indonesian laws if any fraudulent activities and/or criminal acts by Treasury users are discovered.
16. These Terms and Conditions serve as a binding agreement between Treasury users and Treasury.
17. Treasury is not responsible for malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
18. Treasury users are not permitted to transfer and/or delegate authority to others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be responsible for fraud, criminal acts, or losses resulting from the transfer or delegation of account operation, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury users.
19. Treasury will not be responsible for errors arising from the negligence of Treasury users.
20. Treasury does not permit Treasury users to use the Treasury App for activities and/or transactions not provided and/or promoted by Treasury.
21. Be cautious of frauds claiming to represent Treasury. All activities will be communicated only through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury App, and official Treasury social media. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred from fraud experienced by Treasury users.
22. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury App. Treasury users understand and agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from legal and financial liabilities related to misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by the Treasury users.
23. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to, the first digital physical gold trading that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) as of December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head Decision Letter No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Digital Physical Gold Trader Approval Certificate No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
